We are so glad you are here, because we love opportunities to tell our visitors
 all about ‘Exchange’!

The Exchange Club is America’s Premiere Service Club-- an all-volunteer nationally-based centurian service organization of people working together to make our communities better places to live and work through programs of service focusing on themes of Americanism, Community Service, and Service to Youth. Moreover, our national project is our network of over 100 Child Abuse Prevention (CAP) Centers throughout the country, and we are also partnered with the American Red Cross!

Our core values are Family, Community, and Country. We are one of more than 700 local clubs representing more than 22,000 members throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, and we are always looking for those who value and promote the importance of community service. Could that be you? We hope so!

Our community is well-known for its concern and generosity. Community Service is a valued concept in the Chattahoochee Valley, and the Exchange Club of Columbus epitomizes that commitment to improve the overall quality of life for our family, friends, and neighbors!

The Exchange Club of Columbus, which has been serving our community since 1946, is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization. All contributions to go fund our club’s community service activities that we perform year-round! Please click the ‘What We Do’ menu option at the top of the page and see the many community service projects and activities we are involved with throughout the year.

Our first choice is for you to join our club! But we also welcome and value any and all contributions that help us recognize, honor, and encourage those who help make Columbus a great place to live and work. A message from Scott Drew,
our current Club President...

Welcome to the Exchange Club of Columbus’ web site! We are America’s Service Club. Columbus, Georgia is a great place to live and we are committed to helping make our community even better.

No doubt you have already heard about our World Famous Foot-Long Hot Dogs and our Annual Pancake Jamboree. Please take a minute to read about our Service Projects which focus on Youth Recognition and Development, Americanism, Community Service, and our National focus... Child Abuse Prevention.

We are proud to be a Partner in Education with Marshall Middle School. Our Service to Youth programs include High School Student of the Month and Student of the Year Awards, and the ACE Award program, which recognizes students who have overcome major obstacles in the course of achieving an education.

As strong supporters of public safety, we recognize local law enforcement officers of the year and firefighter of the year. We also have programs that recognize exemplary citizens who proudly display their Americanism and who do other good deeds.

If you think we are a busy club-- we are! If you share our values and would like to experience the excitement of Exchange, we definitely have a place for you. Please contact us for more information and a personal invitation to attend our next meeting.

Exchange Club Covenant of Service

Accepting the divine privilege of single and collective responsibility as life's noblest, gift, I covenant with  my fellow Exchangites:

To consecrate my best energies to the uplifting of Social, Religious, Political and Business ideals;

To discharge the debt I owe to those of high and low estate who have served and sacrificed that the heritage of American citizenship might be mine;

To honor and respect law, to serve my fellowmen and to uphold the ideals and institutions of my Country;

To implant the life-giving, society-building spirit of Service and Comradeship in my social and business relationships;

To serve in unity with those seeking better conditions, better understandings and greater opportunities for all.
